How To Clean The Oven Inside

From perfectly baked cakes and cookies to crispy baked samosas and roasted vegetables, your oven sees a lot of action. But all that ghee, oil, and rich masala can leave behind stubborn grease, food splatters, and burnt bits. Nobody wants leftover tandoori chicken flavors in their next vanilla sponge cake! Regular cleaning keeps your bakes tasting perfect and your oven performing like new. Here's how to get it spotless with techniques that actually work.

Ovens in Indian kitchens accumulate grease and grime from butter and oil splatters over time. Cooking at high temperatures causes these spills to caramelize and form tough stains on oven walls and doors. Keep your oven spotless by regularly cleaning with Cleevo Kitchen Cleaner. It’s gentle yet effective plant-based formulation breaks down grease and food buildup both inside and out. Cleevo Kitchen Cleaner is safe for regular use on oven interiors and exteriors. For deeper cleaning, wipe down the front glass door and control panel, then tackle the interior walls and racks to maintain optimal performance without harsh scrubbing.

Steps to clean the oven inside

Step 1: Remove racks and loose debris

Take out all oven racks, baking trays, and any loose food particles or crumbs from the oven floor. Clean racks separately with Cleevo Kitchen Cleaner.

Step 2: Apply cleaning solution

Spray Cleevo Kitchen Cleaner generously on the oven walls, ceiling, and floor. Focus on areas with heavy grease buildup and burnt-on food residue.

Step 3: Let the cleaner penetrate

Allow the cleaning solution to sit for 10-15 minutes to break down stubborn grease and grime. This helps soften baked-on spills for easier removal.

Step 4: Scrub and wipe down

Using a damp cloth or sponge, scrub the interior surfaces starting from top to bottom. Pay special attention to corners and heavily soiled areas.

Step 5: Clean the oven door

Wipe down both sides of the oven door glass with Cleevo Kitchen Cleaner to remove fingerprints, grease splatters, and food stains for crystal-clear visibility.

Step 6: Final rinse and dry

Wipe all surfaces with a clean, damp cloth to remove cleaning residue, then dry thoroughly before replacing racks and using the oven again.
