Return/refund policy

The following general returns policy is applicable for all items sold through Cleevo's website :

in general, an item may be eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Item was delivered in a damaged condition
  • Item has missing part or accessory
  • Item is different from what was ordered
  • Item is different from the description on getcleevo.com

Please note that the request has to be made within 48 hours of delivery in case of any of the issues mentioned above.

if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
