Do you have a physical store location where I can buy your products?

No. Cleevo is not available at physical stores. However you can buy Cleevo products on our website as well as on popular ecommerce and quick commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Meesho and Bigbasket.

Where do you ship the products? 

Cleevo household cleaning products can be shipped anywhere in India.

How can I track my shipment? 

You will receive delivery status messages on whatsapp, email and SMS once you place an order via our website.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders with a cash on delivery payment option may be cancelled within the stipulated time frame of 24 hours. Please email us at info@getcleevo.com to cancel your order. Please note that orders once processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

What is the process for reporting damaged or missing items in an order?

Please email your Order ID and the phone number used to place the order to info@getcleevo.com so we can look into the matter.

What is your return policy?

In general, an item may be eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions: Item was delivered in a damaged condition Item has missing part or accessory Item is different from what was ordered Item is different form the description on getcleevo.com
